I paid thousands of dollars to his firm and they offered ZERO support after my returns were completed, ZERO help when going through a divorce and needing electronic files, neglected to file certain documents needed for my returns - then sent the IRS a revocation letter completing bailing on representing me for the tax years he filed for me. Now that's service no paying customer or client ever needs!!!
