Hurdles is hands down one of the best places you can go to find the high end jewelry you're looking for! Their team was incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. I stopped in the other day mostly with just a budget in mind, and was very impressed by how well the saleswoman there helped identify what ring would be a good fit just by talking to her and talking about what my girlfriend likes. Customer Service was STELLAR - I love walking into a store to purchase and engagement ring, spending thousands of dollars and getting zero enthusiam, willingness to help, or a simple congratulations. Even better, I most enjoyed receiving answers to my questions with short responses and tone that fell somewhere between disaffected and incredulous. Oh, to top it off, I ordered a ring in size 6.5 and had to get it sized down to a 4.5 - never got that gold back. HIIIIIGGHHHLY recommend....going anywhere else.
