Love this company!
Poor Quality Product - Awful Customer Service. In less than a year, 7 windows started to show cracks at multiple locations. At first I thought glass itself were cracked but they weren't, they were all cracked films. I contacted Huper Warranty and requested to fix them quickly since some looked really bad from the front outside but my request was turned down. I have a big event on the new year's eve and wanted to get them either fixed or removed but they said If I remove the film then they will not cover it under the warranty... read more
