Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location, activities every morning and afternoon with regular outing opportunities. It feels fresh and clean. There are also some very spacious rooms with wonderful views of the Huon. RAD very reasonable compared to the many on the mainland.

Staff & Management need proper training and lack people skills. Terrible environment.
