We booked ahead of time with the owner and informed them that we were a hens party and would be dressed up. On the phone, the owner explained that this wouldn’t be a problem and was happy to put us outside on the deck, away from other customers. Lovely service and very ambient surrounds. Pity about dessert Out of three offered, I paid for mine, only for the service oerson to come to the table and apologise, as they did not have any left.
Once we had established who was the correct person to deal with, Ben made everything happen without a fuss. My father's 95th birthday party function was a great success. Thank you to Ben and his team! I'd definitely book another function at the Huon Hill Hotel! The guests raved about what a great Events Centre it is. The Quest Apartments adjoining the Centre made it a breeze for our guests who travelled as well.
Had 2 meals here now and each was amazing! Great food, great service and ice cold beers. My new favourite local.
Was staying at Quest Wodonga which has an access to Huon Hill. Booked a table for 5pm. Stood at the access door from 5pm till 5.10pm to be told by Quest to find another way in. Ordered "baked prawns" got 4 boiled shrimp. Ordered medium rare rump, got a small piece of shoe leather Avoid this place!
