Have became worse than a bank. Have forgotten the what a credit is. I forgotten to wright something in my checkbook went to the Wayne branch to deposit more money to cover it and had all ready been charged a late fee. When asked why in being charged a fee when it has not been posted yet was told we are going to pay it. Two days later it posted. Been a member 20+ years

I had Financed a car over 10 years ago. Was behind on a payment and called and paid it off. Title was sent to me and I resold it. This bank had reported on my credit report it was repoed and when in fact I paid it off and they have affected my credit report for years. Called today and teller said sorry no you didn't ever pay this off it was repoed. If it wasn't paid off you shouldn't have sent me a title. Horrible Service.
