1st do the job your hired for. 2nd have an actual way to contact people. 3rd act like a real bank and treat the people who bank with you with respect.
Worst bank in Lufkin. Customer service is a joke. Still waiting on a call back from two different locations.
I've had nothing but trouble from this bank. There customer service hours are inconvenient and there 24 hour service telebanker is completely useless. The app gives no control over your account or cards other than transfers.
