This company has terrible customer service. It routinely schedules maintentance appointments and then cancelled at literally the last minute. This has occurred with our services on consecutive appointment dates with the same excuse given as " needs to be rescheduled due to emergencies". The timing of these so-called emergencies were completely unrelated to storm conditions or power outages ence one can only question the motivation for the cancellations.
