My mom was in this facility. She had great caregivers of whom I will never forget. However, mom passed away there Apri 22 of last year. During that she was moved 3 or 4 times to different rooms. She hated being moved so much. The caregivers were so overworked as it was. Lots of falls could have been prevented with proper amount of employees. One of the residents here is a family member of mine. I have noticed that the management has been quite unorganized and unable to provide the needs for their staff and patients. From my observation, I noticed that one of the new management women rudely shouting out to one of the maintenance men about "If he has a problem" with her and "I see you giving me the look" out in the hall way. not recommended!!! my friend was there for a month.....she would push button to call her nurse ....and they would take there sweet time to get to her......i know they have plenty of people to care for but honestly they took to much time to get to their patients .......one of the nurses was so rude!! even my friends g tube was switched ,,,,,they were not put right !!!!! until i got there an seen it and told them about it......honestly is not about putting down this nursing home but ....think about it is our parent our familie... read more
They yell at the their patients, threaten them, and make you scared to sleep. They also let people in pain lay there for hours suffering before giving them help, only because patient's family shows up and raises their voices to get help for the patient.
