Awful experience this past weekend. I frequent this bank regularly, however, this past Saturday, I was treated like a criminal when I went in to make a withdrawal. I had my State Issued Driver's License, confirmed all aspects of my identity prior to my withdrawal, however, they claimed they couldn't release MY MONEY to me because my signature didn't match?! Needless to say, my account will be closed out ASAP and I will store my money at a bank that actually treats me with respect. Honestly, I wish I could give them 0 stars.
