I was really happy with this place. With academics they are great. However, now they have implemented a new policy where you need to give notice by 5 pm the night before a session if you won’t make the session. With kids, this is not a realistic thing to ask. Most kids get sick in the middle of the night. My child was throwing up non stop and had fever but they still charged for the missed session because I didn’t know by 5pm the previous night that they were going to get sick. Okay, I try not to write reviews when I am perturbed but right now I am fuming. I am experiencing health issues and I've visited my local quest diagnostics and they have a beautiful building and on the exterior they have a public bench for customers who use any of the four businesses that are on this side.
