I started my daughter in ACT test prep this summer since she plans to take her ACT exam in the fall. My daughter has taken the PSAT and a practice ACT exam and found that she prefers the ACT over the SAT because the ACT math is more straightforward than the SAT math. In addition, she wants to highlight her science ability by taking the optional science exam that ACT offers. The test prep that she needs is for English and Reading. Hello all I went to the Huntington learning center to let my kid try both the ACT and SAT and when it came to taking the SAT they we’re completely unprepared and made my son wait 50 minutes while ignoring him while he was waiting. Then they finally told him he has to wait even longer. Don’t take your kids here and waste your money and save the trouble. C2 education is much better and much cheaper. This place is terrible and completely overpriced.
My 8th grader has been going to Huntington Center, Plainview for the past 2 months and has improved a lot in ELA and Math. He had gaps in his concepts, and the Center accurately identified these gaps, and have him on a program to eliminate these gaps and take him to the next level. Great program !!
We’ve had a great experience at Huntington Learning Center. My daughter was struggling with reading, and now she’s excelling .. confidently reading chapter books and actually enjoying it. Her mindset has completely changed, and we couldn’t be happier. Miss Pooja has been amazing, and Greg and Sue are always so helpful with any questions n concerns. Highly recommend!
