Everyone is very nice once you actually speak to a human. My son took the study skills course. My real issue is the lack of response from them They never ever pick up the phone or return a call. This made it very difficult to schedule or to get any questions answered. And this happened repeatedly. I spent a lot of money on that course and have been trying to reach them for six weeks now on an SAT question and they will not call me back. I have left at least five messages. I would not use this company. There are other options... read more
