We had good tutoring and SAT prep experiences under the Center’s previous management. However, things seem to have taken a sharp nose dive. I’ve been periodically leaving messages on VM and with staff for a year to get the refund on our remaining hours (well over $1,000). Have even stopped in in person and left messages for the director with no action. Finally got a return call when I left a VM threatening legal action. All of the staff are personable, friendly and know how to talk to kids at their level. Stress-free atmosphere. My child has been enjoying the one-to one tutoring to prepare for the SAT's.

Extremely disorganized and poorly run. Received multiple calls about missing appointments when our appointment was changed weeks/months in advance. Director consistently over promised and under delivered. Ex: coordinator did a progress review and said our daughter was ready for the next step in classes. We agreed to change the program in her next session. After a couple of classes I asked the tutor why nothing had changed, I was told she was never instructed to do so by the coordinator. Worth every penny! I sent my daughter to Huntington for SAT prep in Aug 2018. She needed a substantial increase in her score for the colleges she wanted. We tried online at home study and were not seeing the results. The staff was attentive, caring and really put things in perspective for my daughter. They went beyond what was expected. My daughter's confidence was increased and her score increased by 200 points! We were absolutely thrilled. Our experience was outstanding.
