I had been referred to the Castle Rock Huntington location by several parents from the Monument area. Our experience was horrible! From unsavory, unprofessional and completely inexplicable business practices, this franchise location is a complete sham! We were charged over $3k and after multiple employees leaving, having only one available tutor and the owners despicable disregard for customer service and/or integrity, this is not a Huntington location anyone should patronize. Complete waste of money and time!!!
