**Update after Business Response** The initial week I contacted Huntington Learning (Mansfield) by phone, I was told the center director was the only person who could authorize account changes and that she would call me back. It wasn't until I made repeated calls that I was informed she was out of the country and would call back the following week. Why not inform customers of an extended delay in callbacks the first time you speak to them? Why not give them some kind of indication of WHEN the business will call back? On Mond... read more

I have left 2 messages, one voicemail and one with an employee, requesting to discontinue our plan. I called twice today and no one answers. No one has called me back in 3 days about the request, after I was given a sales pitch to keep my plan going. If these companies want repeat business, they destroy any good will a customer had when they won't honor a desire to leave.

I had a very disappointing experience with speaking to a woman today about my son getting into tutoring . The level of professionalism was severely lacking—communication was horrible and the fact she was so shocked I never heard about their facility (her response was crazy ). I would not recommend this place to anyone I know , just based off how the call was handled . I had to tell the woman I would call back ,taking my money else where. My wife and I are more than happy with the teachers and staff and Huntington. Watching our child develop in his academic skills has made it a worthwhile investment. Our boy has had a great relationship with all of the staff while learning and growing not just in Math, and Reading, but in confidence in those areas as well. If you struggle to teach subject to your child in a way that is helpful to them, or if they need a little extra guidance. The people at Huntington are equipped to help you and your child.

I was very displeased with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced with the onsite staff at the Mansfield Huntington Learning Center. The blatant hatred I endured while speaking with Ms. K has no place in society, especially customer facing.
