This center is highly unorganized and unprofessional. I have been trying to reach management for 9 months to get a refund on services that I paid for but did not receive due to COVID-19 shut downs. I pre-paid for tutoring services and when the center shut down due to the COVID-19 restrictions we were forced to stop attending sessions. I have called twice a week since March of 2020 and kept getting the same answer "someone will call you back". The admin girl (Crystal I think) was awesome but there was another one who was hateful and rude..... I noticed the kids really didn’t like her too much either. A friend of mine worked there shortly after it opened and she quit because of the way the franchisers were treating them. They make the admin staff do too much and don’t pay enough for the tasks they are asked to do ( from what I heard, not in their job descriptions either) Overall, the teachers are great but the owners are horrible.....
