Stay away! We were customers of the Flemington, NJ center over the summer of 2024. This center went out of business in August, gave no notice to the families gave no refund to the parents. Just took the money and ran. Huntington is a franchise and the parent corporation offered no refund or make up tutoring sessions at another site and won't answer or emails or calls from the affected families. We prepaid 21 hours of tutoring at a cost of about $7,000. At best, we have only received 2-3 hours of tutoring. The Exton learning center has since closed due to the pandemic and we have never received the remaining hours of tutoring. I have multiple communication attempts to corporate, specifically a Christina Morasco, but has been met with silence and always go to her voicemails that never get returned. They refuse to refund unused tutoring hours and ignore requests to do so. The quality and effectiveness of the tutoring is questionable at best. They just feed on parents insecurities about their children’s academic progress. My next course of action is to contact the state’s Division of Consumer Affairs
We were happy with Huntington however we have unused hours which I would like refunded to me. Verona keeps telling me I need to speak to corporate and I can not get in touch with anyone at corporate. They send me to a women named Christine with an invalid extension. also no one knows her last name and when you call corporate the extension doesn’t work and you can only do search for an employee by last name which no one knows!
