We've been very happy with our experience at HLC Heights. The regular meetings with the directors every six weeks or so have been incredibly valuable for tracking our child's progress. It's a relief knowing that the directors maintain good communication with our child's school and teacher, ensuring that the program is tailored to our child's specific educational needs.

After speaking to a lady at the call center I was excited to get an assestment and start tutoring services for my daughter. I arrived 10 minutes early in case I needed to do paperwork or etc. There was a car in the front but the door was locked so I called the number again about my appointment time. The lady said the girl was going to come out in a few minutes for our scheduled assestment time. Well after waiting 20 to 30 minutes no one came out nor said a single word or aknowledgement.
