Scheduled an appointment for Saturday to have my son's assessment test taken. We walked in, were rudely greeted by calling us the wrong name and telling me they'd be trying to get ahold of us and we weren't going to take the test. I've not had any calls or emails, and furthermore by their own account waited until the morning of to try to cancel. I've confirmed via phone and text for our appointment that was supposed to be today. The lack of organization and unprovoked rude attitude speaks volumes.
Good teachers are very respectful to our children, learning a lot.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! We wanted help getting our son’s ACT score improved. They told us the average improvement was 4-6 points, we would have been happy with 3. He went 3 days a week for almost 3 months, his score improved by 1 point. I called and complained, asking for half my money back since there was no way to blame either side fully. My son has been attending for a few months. He is enjoying his time & learning. He thinks the teachers are nice. Lori, the manager is very helpful & involved with all the students
