Background: This summer our teen son went to Huntington Learning Center to get a head start on Algebra II. He was not struggling in math, but we felt that this would give him something to do this summer (other than gaming). As one might imagine, he was not too excited about spending 4 hours every week in tutoring. He was also not thrilled about the 25 minutes to walk there and walk back in hot weather. I have been very happy with the progress my son has made at Huntington Learning center! He was struggling with reading comprehension and within two months, he has made significant progress. I was concerned that my son would resist going to tutoring after spending the day at school, but he goes happily and feels like it is helping him. The program is set up so I can see how he is progressing. The staff at Huntington are so friendly and professional! I love how they go out of their way to work with our schedule!!
