Stay away! We were customers here over the summer of 2024. This center went out of business in August, gave no notice to the families gave no refund to the parents. Just took the money and ran. Huntington is a franchise and the parent corporation offered no refund or make up tutoring sessions at another site. Several families have lost thousands of dollars and their children's education disrupted. Avoid at all costs and find a local tutor instead.
Our 4th grade son started here in October and I am completely blown away by the progress he has made! Huntington has provided a safe and supportive learning environment and he is thriving. The staff has excellent communication between them and home and have celebrated not only his progress but also his efforts! I would recommend Huntington to anyone!
Terrible customer service. I was insulted and spoken down to by THE OWNER!! Seek other professional help for your children. This place is not it!
Very pleased with the Team at Huntington. They care about my child's success and it shows in the way that they have connected with him during the tutoring sessions.
