My experience comes from the lack of professionalism of HLC Fleming Island office staff. Specifically the new owner Kira. Kira appeared very polished and seemingly put together, but I discovered that she lacks the courteous, welcoming, and friendly attitude needed to assure that every visitor feels valued and comfortable. Very professional staff. Curriculum is tailored 100% to the child's needs and continue to adjust as they progress. My child is happy every time she leaves a session. Highly recommend.
