Very professional and interactive. They not only work with the kids in the books but their personalities help encourage to learn and have fun. Extra thank yous to Miss Lisa, Mr. Scott and Mr. Kenneth, my son looks forward to seeing you all every week.
My experience comes from the lack of professionalism of HLC Fleming Island office staff. Specifically the new owner Kira. Kira appeared very polished and seemingly put together, but I discovered that she lacks the courteous, welcoming, and friendly attitude needed to assure that every visitor feels valued and comfortable.
