2nd call to this tutoring center; Sadly there is not good customer service. There’s never a consultant to answer the phone and the ladies that do answer the phones rush people out like they don’t care about getting new customers into the business. If you are having a receptionist answer the phone at least provide then training on basic information such as tutoring class and prices and days.

I took my son to get an assessment of where he was at academically. I paid about $135 for what was supposed to be an assessment but I learned all they were interested in was getting me to take out a loan to pay for tutoring. It will be a year in November and I still don’t know how my son did on the assessment. The staff just kept blowing me off. Speak to your child’s school before paying for additional tutoring.

Satyaki was a huge help when we were looking into education options for our son. As a native Bengali speaker, he made the entire process so much easier for our family. He was incredibly welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My son felt comfortable right away, and he enjoyed going to Huntington. We’re really grateful for Satyaki’s support and would highly recommend him to other Bengali-speaking families.
