Terrible customer service! I had an issue where my ****account was suspended because I didn’t have enough money in the bank and did not have time to go to the bank to put money in my account. Somehow Huntington Federal, gave money to **** on the spending account. and charge me $35 for overdraft fee. ****apologizes and gives the money back to the bank but it’s not going to pay the overdraft fee because they did not benefit the $35. Hello, I have researched your review and have the following response: The $8.55 **** transaction in question is a "recurring debit card transaction" which means once **** obtained an authorization for the monthly fee they are not required to obtain any future authorizations. The bank is not aware that you had suspended your **** account. When the December transaction came in for payment there was insufficient funds in your account for the transaction and it was charged the $35 overdraft fee. We have enjoyed our visits to Huntington Federal. The bank has very competitive rates and products. The staff is friendly and was able to answer all of our questions.
