I have been lied to beyond belief by Alijah, Justine, & Melanie which are managers / supervisors in the deposit hold department. I plan on taking legal action against Huntington Bank and these people individually for these unethical business practices. They do not disclose anywhere when making a deposit that funds are put on hold for a week. The only disclosure is that funds are available 1-2 business days after deposit is made. Tightwads, paid a ton of money to gate the parking lot and block anyone from using the only EV charges in the Oval.
I was trying to get a business loan ...also personal auto loans. Never get returned calls . Two months was wasted to get nowhere. Horrible customer service
Wasted months opening a home equity line and dropping my credit score 80 points. Used it one time and made payment in full and they closed account after I told two girls at counter I’m not closing. Received a letter in mail and reply within two day and the idiots still closed the account destroying my credit again and won’t reopen. They stated in writing on computer it said customer stated the account is not to be closed. Go to PNC had 3 lines there in past with no issues and had open for years!!!
