I have never had any issue with Huntington until I moved and now I have to drive 1.5 hours to Danville in this office have no customer service. The lady that helps us is beyond rude. Once the new cd matures we will no longer us hunting.
Signed up to their Huntington Perks Checking. Which requires a monthly $1000 deposits or a balance over $5,000 to avoid the $10 monthly fee. I have an automatic deposit of $500 every 14 days like clockwork on a weekday. They changed the dates so the monthly statement was only 25 days and charged me a $10 fee. Pretty dishonest in my opinion. The excuse was February was a shorter month. Well it still has 28 or 29 days so why was the monthly statement period 25 days!
I have been a Huntington customer for over a decade. Today I attempted to call for a simple question about mobile check deposit. I was placed on hold by the customer service representative for nearly 30 minutes and no response. I hung up and tried again, now the call wait time was around 25 minutes, I tried to use the option to receive a call back when it was my turn in line (again) and asked to verify if my number was correct to press 1, I did so twice and was told by the broken IVR that my entry was invalid, so the third t... read more
The Customer Service provided by Huntington is terrible. I have called 3 times for an issue as a result of error on Huntington's part and their agents are not able to resolve, then said they have to wait 24 hours to get a supervisor to call me back. It is disappointing that this is the service provided to customers as well as not empowering their employees to resolve or even have the means to escalate issues appropriately.
This company withdrew my auto loan 3 times, when using Huntingtons online account system. They advised me they are aware of the glitch, but have not returned my money. Advised me I can mail in a complaint. They customer service agents could care less. Still nobody has returned my call with a solution to this, i was told someone will call. Terrible business practice
