Love this bank, very friendly people and I like the convenience of the drive-thru.
EP Hunting branch has yet to return my urgent phone calls. I’ve call every day for the last 3 days. Terrible customer service…..
ATM is a 50/50 chance of being out of service and online deposits on the app don’t work anymore. Overall just a huge inconvenience if you get a paper check from your job.
