Fantastic branch, went well above and beyond what I expected.
I went in to deposit $10 of a $20 bill. Instead of giving me $10 back after depositing it, the teller put the other $10 into the account. The offer to get the $10 back was to withdraw it from my already overdrawn account.
Huntington bank is the worst bank they lock my card like 3-4 times a week because I try to deposit my money on a gambling site and they don’t like that I have had numerous of tellers tell me this but if I want to put my money on a site then I should be able to I am switching banks this is ridiculous I have only been with them for 2 months and I can’t take it anymore it’s like they are trying to control your money
