I moved out of state and branch manager would not do a wire transfer for a home closing unless I was present at the bank. Only alternative given would have taken me over two months to transfer the money. A branch manager at another Huntington location said that they would have processed it without me coming into the bank but I had to do it at the branch I opened my account.
Needed a cashiers check, Luis was a ton of help, and helped me clearly and calmly through some questions I had. Thank you!
Horrible! I deposited a check of 4500. 500 was available for use and the next day it wasn’t. What the hell was that about?? That’s the whole reason I deposited because they said 500 was available for immediate use. That’s the case I would have just cashed it at the currency exchange!
