UNHONEST WORKERS Lady at the counter today lied and told me she couldn't change the address my card was sent to after I applied online And I didn't have my physical ID but I gave her my social 🙃 then I checked my account when I got home and It said last login was 10 minutes ago WOW im changing banks🙏🏽👋🏽!!
Always kind to me when I'm there. I do wish the hours were a bit longer on the weekdays.
After withdrawing the money from the account in order to close it the fee was charged for not having a specific account on account. After asking to wave that fee and explaining the situation the bank worker could not do that. So open an account there if only you are ready to pay the fee to the bank for closing it later .That is not the way of keeping clients and good reviews.
