Have had an account for over twenty years. Today I called with an issue. Was promised the manager would call to help set up an appointment and not only did she decline to call me, I was also hung up on twice when trying to follow up during business hours. Went to Washtenaw location instead and the manager Steve was available immediately and extremely helpful. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I received (or didn't) at the State Street location.

This specific branch peaked my attention from the moment they promtly picked up the phone, very attentive and friendly and most important- helpful. Once I arrived Amanda helped me with what I needed and was very professional and efficient. She made the process easy and simple. By far the best banker I have worked with. I will return to this branch, thank you to the staff for being so welcoming.

I wouldn’t recommend this branch. The bearded older teller we spoke to was very arrogant and won’t help with much.

Amanda was the woman who helped me set up my account and gosh was she helpful, setting up anything new can be very nerve racking but she made the experience very helpful!! Olivia also was amazing & super helpful even did beyond!! I would conpletely recommend coming to this location for that exceptional customer service and just beyong what you need type of work. Although it was my first time attending this location of Huntington bank I can already tell I will be coming back!! Fantastic job
