An amazing Huntington Branch.
I’m not sure what everybody’s attitude is about in this bank, but I will say You all look miserable and Having to deal with your entitlement and your attitudes every day is extremely annoying. I’m forced to come to this bank for my job, but I will never come to this Specific branch for my personal banking. Have had an account for over twenty years. Today I called with an issue. Was promised the manager would call to help set up an appointment and not only did she decline to call me, I was also hung up on twice when trying to follow up during business hours. Went to Washtenaw location instead and the manager Steve was available immediately and extremely helpful. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I received (or didn't) at the State Street location.
This specific branch peaked my attention from the moment they promtly picked up the phone, very attentive and friendly and most important- helpful. Once I arrived Amanda helped me with what I needed and was very professional and efficient. She made the process easy and simple. By far the best banker I have worked with. I will return to this branch, thank you to the staff for being so welcoming.
