They need more help. Don't have a drive through open if you can't have employees to manage it.
Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and there was only one other car. Multiple customers inside and appear to be only one person working both the inside and drive-thru
Went into my local bank to get documents notarized. I told the teller what I needed, and she called Kathy Wilcox over to assist me. Kathy walked me through the entire transaction with professionalism and kindness. As an old lady I appreciated her taking the time to get it done and the reminders she gave me to file with the appropriate person. Hats off to Kathy!
Pretty rude. Red wouldn't deposit my check, didn't offer a way I could fix the problem. Next. Guess I didn't fit the good profile to get help. I hate your bank.
