If I could give zero I would. This branch specifically, has been an absolute nightmare to work with. What was a simple process of me buying a car, doing an auto loan through them (and I’ve had 2 previous car loans through them and it was smooth) turned into absolute chaos as the personal banker, Ashling, has no clue what she is doing. Such bad service and lack of accountability on the auto loan team. I have made 6 visits to this branch to have someone do their job and let me sell my car. The loan executive (Ashling) has absolutely no clue of what she's doing and such incompetence should be scrutinized by corporate. The branch manager needs to step in and sort this out for me immediately.
