Although I have never had a problem getting business done here no matter what it is, the problem is that there is never enough staff. I have never been to this branch where I didn’t wait at least 20 and up to 45 minutes whether in the lobby or drive through. It seems like this could be a simple fix like having 2 tellers work the drive through and all tellers open inside. I’m seriously considering moving my personal and business account to a different bank.
Worst Huntington in Columbus, I only come here when I absolutely have to. ATM’s either never work or are out of money every single time. Inside you need buzzed in like you’re going to visit a prison even though the ones in worst areas aren’t like that. Terrible wait times inside, I wish they would close this branch honestly.
I would give it 0 stars. They need a new manager. Everytime i come they have no help. And I literally watched them lock people out (not the security system door) and it wasn't 5pm yet.
Two Atms only one you can get small withdraw other ATM 100 s only.
