Paid off my car loan in May 2023. Was told I would be reimbursed for Gap insurance once loan was paid-never wanted it-charged $895. This is November - 7 mos later and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed!! Everyone is very polite and takes my information every time I call. I just want my $ back ASAP!
The employees that work there are wonderful! This is where I do all my banking since I live close and can walk there. Cheryl's cookies is next door so that's a wonderful perk!
