The manager Lynett needs to be fired at 1224 s. wabash inside the jewels osco branch .The manager of this branch is uneducated on how to handle problems and is very rude. The manager threatened to close my account because she was frustrated that I questioned the reason she told me to go back home and get documentation of my account ,if she could not help me.
