Do not use Huntington, they will take your money, lock your account, proceed to close your account and not tell you where your money is. Pretty sure that’s theft.
I visited the branch today and they didn't help me regarding my credit card they told me to customer service and they are not deal with politely.
Smooth & efficient
Monday 12/16/24 I had an unfortunate experience at this Huntington Bank branch. The teller greeted me with a forced smile, clearly tired at the end of the day. He scrutinized my house payment as if I were a criminal, despite having the payment slip and cash. The process took much longer than usual, and after meticulously verifying my information, he almost didn't give me a receipt. When I requested one, his response was dismissive. This encounter was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.
