Smooth & efficient
Monday 12/16/24 I had an unfortunate experience at this Huntington Bank branch. The teller greeted me with a forced smile, clearly tired at the end of the day. He scrutinized my house payment as if I were a criminal, despite having the payment slip and cash. The process took much longer than usual, and after meticulously verifying my information, he almost didn't give me a receipt. When I requested one, his response was dismissive. This encounter was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.
Mr. Alex Freeman is absolutely essential to the business community; especially the small business sector. His knowledge of business banking is impeccable. Alex showed great patience and prowess during our meeting. He took time to understand my current business AND prepared me for steps in the future. I left with so much more than a bank account. For that, I am truly grateful to Mr. Freeman, and thankful I chose Huntington Bank!
Made an appointment but when we went there they said we cannot open an account. You should make another appointment. This is the second time we go there in person to open an account. They said the person in charge of opening account is not available today.
