Bad management
Horrible service.
Easy in and out. The teller waiting on me was Super friendly from the time she greeted me as I walked in until I left. Honestly it was a refreshing change from the location I usually conduct my banking.
I purchased a bottle of vitamins from a company and when the package arrived I had six bottles and not just one. I found out that they had charged me on a separate transaction for the other five. I sent the product back unopened, at my own expense, and received tracking notification that it had arrived back at the facility. After a month of trying to get a refund I involved Huntington Bank and they reversed the charge.
