The staff are kind and helpful
I will never step foot in this location again. It's not often I need to visit a branch, but when I do it would be nice to receive service. I have 8 accounts between personal and business and have been an account holder for over a decade. I came in 15 minutes prior to closing and was turned away... as I watched them counting down their drawers, they said "we close at 5".... yeah, that's exactly why I walked in the door at 4:45... because they were supposed to be open for 15 more minutes. Horrible at helping you. I EXPLAINED MY HUNTINGTON ACCOUNT WILL NOT LET ME CONNECT TO ANY OUTSIDE BANKS!! I explained I can't connect Mercantile to my Huntington bank. Their response if it's bc the banks can't pair... yet thier online system had me give account numbers and they made deposits too... soooo? Plus the Huntington app never alerted me that they couldn't be linked to Mercantile! Nor sent an email or an alert in my account about this situation!
