I have banked with a few banks and this is by far the best I have dealt with. This particular branch is extremely helpful. I came in today three minutes before closing, and they helped me make withdrawal and even went above and beyond by fixing something on my account. Phyl and Jenny are exceptional. Customer service banking agents. If you’re looking for a bank, I suggest Huntington national Bank on West Main in Kalamazoo Michigan.
I’ve had my money and my accounts drawn and stolen from they were completely nothing left and Huntington bank worked around me with my sister and provided me enough money from an account that was frozen out of anyone else’s access outside of hers because she had at that point in time my trust at hand.
The staff are kind and helpful
I will never step foot in this location again. It's not often I need to visit a branch, but when I do it would be nice to receive service. I have 8 accounts between personal and business and have been an account holder for over a decade. I came in 15 minutes prior to closing and was turned away... as I watched them counting down their drawers, they said "we close at 5".... yeah, that's exactly why I walked in the door at 4:45... because they were supposed to be open for 15 more minutes.
