They just buy up other bank's in your town then close that bank and make you travel to a different one before they close that one. Guess the Cleveland stadium buy isn't paying off so we suffer.
Huntington has absolutely horrible service!! 11-24-24. We have banked with Byron Bank, then buyout to Chemical bank, then buyout to TCF and now Huntington. Over 25 years our businesses banked here. Huntington by far is the WORST!!!! Only 2 people working at Dorr or 3 at Wayland locations. Constantly long lines and waiting to do banking. Absolutely incompetent staff. Huntington has destroyed our local banking.
Customer service is nonexistent. They just transfer you to 1800 number even months after they told me they would take care of it.
accidental overdraft cost me 15 bucks in fees, i had to have them manually remove the overdraft feature. another time had $90 get somehow lost in their ATM when i was depositing on their off hours, and almost didnt get it back, i had figure out the money was missing first. honestly to god,the people that work there are great but this bank is nightmare fuel. expect headaches
