I've always gone to this Huntington Bank because everyone there has been very nice. However, this time I encountered a a teller named Tesahwna? in the drive-through. She did not greet me but simply asked, "What can I help you with?" in a very harsh tone. After our interaction, she sent me away without saying thank you, or is there anything else I can help you with? It was just “have a good day” in another harsh tone and turned the screen off. First time coming to this branch, the workers seem like they got an attitude towards you unless you’re a man, the 2 workers are very ghetto, won’t come back again, don’t recommend coming to this one either

I sent the tube up to exchange a bill I'd gotten at the ATM and after a few minutes I hadn't been greeted so I pushed the help button again and wasn't greeted, but was told, "Ma'am there's a whole line ahead of you so you're gonna have to wait because there's people ahead of you." Wasn't greeted in a nice tone, wasn't told her name, so I just apologized because I told her I wasn't sure if I was being helped and was told again there's a line ahead of me. Every time I come to use the service here, everyone will serve me in a friendly manner. But today around 9.30-9.45 am I feel very bad because a lady at the first counter yelled at me. I just a person who very poor in English but she look seem don’t care about my feeling. Her eyes didn’t look friendly to me.
