Rude, I just called to ensure my new account was setup properly. I asked to confirm my address and get reassurance that it was correct. She was short, unpleasant and pushed me off the phone after confirming saying "okay, thank you habe a good day." I was wanting to ask for more details on my new account but I guess she had better things to tend to. Not a great first impression 😕.
I will never EVER go back to this location at all. A few months ago I went here and I wasn’t greeted nor asked if it was anything else that I needed. But yesterday? Oh honey please. I get in the drive thru around 2:33pm I needed to deposit some money into my checking account. Perfect service
I've always gone to this Huntington Bank because everyone there has been very nice. However, this time I encountered a a teller named Tesahwna? in the drive-through. She did not greet me but simply asked, "What can I help you with?" in a very harsh tone. After our interaction, she sent me away without saying thank you, or is there anything else I can help you with? It was just “have a good day” in another harsh tone and turned the screen off. First time coming to this branch, the workers seem like they got an attitude towards you unless you’re a man, the 2 workers are very ghetto, won’t come back again, don’t recommend coming to this one either
