Slowest bank I’ve ever encountered. Have been here twice in last month and I’ll never be back. And they are dismissive and condescending about it. Don’t sit around and chit chat when customers have needs.
Terrible Banking System. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Youre better off going to Chase down the street!
I have had this bank well over 30 days I deposited a check here on a business day at 4 p.m. and instead of letting the money be available or letting me withdraw they decided to place an automatic hold on it and I can’t touch a single dollar from my check until Monday. Now all of a sudden because I started banking with them they change their hours of operation I have cashed a check with this bank on a Saturday before and they made it immediately available to withdraw and my account was a lot newer then.
