Every time I come to use the service here, everyone will serve me in a friendly manner. But today around 9.30-9.45 am I feel very bad because a lady at the first counter yelled at me. I just a person who very poor in English but she look seem don’t care about my feeling. Her eyes didn’t look friendly to me. Every time when I withdraw cash, everyone will ask me for an envelope but she didn’t ask.
