I have had this bank well over 30 days I deposited a check here on a business day at 4 p.m. and instead of letting the money be available or letting me withdraw they decided to place an automatic hold on it and I can’t touch a single dollar from my check until Monday. Now all of a sudden because I started banking with them they change their hours of operation I have cashed a check with this bank on a Saturday before and they made it immediately available to withdraw and my account was a lot newer then.

So helpful with my mom after my dad passed. Helped us figure everything out..kind people.
Worst bank ever! Literally closed my first account I used for direct deposit for no reason and when I went to open my new one ( because I was told I could) on telegraph with Kathryn (who hasn’t been helpful at all and has yet to respond to multiple emails)my new one was closed as well w no explanation. Unprofessional to say the least and simple do not care about customers at all. I see why they have negative reviews and a low score rating! Unacceptable
