Service has gone way down since Huntington did the acquisition. Took out the coin machine. But biggest lack of service is closed on Saturdays.

They have great people working here. They have been extremely friendly and helpful. Not enough people on most occasions, but they really do the best they can.
I’ve had Huntington for around 10 years. My mother in law as well. My mother in law came to this location and we will forever avoid this location. No bank manager on Saturday? 3 little girls staring at a screen for over half hour….. none of them knew what a line of credit is? Definitely sounds like people need to be trained. Wasted over a half an hour of our time simply because these girls had no idea what they were doing. Very disrespectful to a woman who has a high line of credit with Huntington. This TCF is my FAVORITE!!! The girls here are so friendly and they take care of you right away!!! I knew from the moment I walked in that this was a place that cares about their people just as much as their business. 😊
