The branch itself is fine. But to not have a 24 hour service line that works on Sundays is a travesty and frankly makes me heavily consider taking my business elsewhere. I signed up when this was still TCF and was impressed with their services, but since the merger, somehow the 21st largest bank in the United States can't pay for a single building in the West somewhere that has a 24 hour customer service line?
