I received my debit card in the mail only to find out that they had spelled my name wrong on it. I called two different support numbers and waited on hold only to have them tell me the only way I can update it is to go into a physical branch. This is an online banking account. The entire purpose is you don't have to go into a branch for anything. And this was their error because I gave them my ID when I signed up which of course has correct spelling.
