I received my debit card in the mail only to find out that they had spelled my name wrong on it. I called two different support numbers and waited on hold only to have them tell me the only way I can update it is to go into a physical branch. This is an online banking account. The entire purpose is you don't have to go into a branch for anything. And this was their error because I gave them my ID when I signed up which of course has correct spelling.

I came here to take care of some personal banking and i entered the building to get my funds and i open carry knifes i checked the store windows for a sign saying no firearms or weapons there was not one visible at all i entered and was working with the bank teller on my work the security walked up and asked me to go put my knife in the car because it made him uncomfortable as everyone else was unaffected by my rights i did respect his wants but i consider it extremely unprofessional entirely considering the store does not h... read more
