What’s with the black woman teller with glasses? She is extremely rude and seems to have real disposition with her job.
Mrs. Mercedes was great! come on! NO sign in sheet, people cutting the line...oh and no one is available.... big bank 2 people working...really! I expect better from huntington! MULTIPLE TIMES enough is enough! notary service is all i needed! 35 minutes later.

Bad experience at this bank, they took my money for deposit but the very next day would not allow me to withdraw it. They did not try to help in anyway, maintained terrible attitude from the start, Angela (manager) clearly did now want to help. 0 out of 5. Terrible experience
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Star an account manager doesn't know the basics about opening an additional account. Had to call the customer service line to straighten things out. NO privacy at this branch. Teller windows are so close to each other I can hear the customer next to me give personal information. Also bad habit by account managers they don't close their office doors when on speaker phone or opening a new account. I can hear social security numbers being given out. What happened to privacy in banking?
