I have no complaints about the actual bank, everyone is great. However… be very cautious if you need to use the ATM here at night. It’s a very high crime area. I was making a deposit last night and someone pulled up behind me, got out of the car and ran towards my driver-side door holding a gun.
Walking in to this location requires some patience, but the employees are fantastic. Always treated with respect and a friendly smile. Mentally prepare yourself to stand in line for a while and you'll be alright. As with all businesses since the start of COVID, let's appreciate those that actually show up to work!
Location is terrible. Tried making a deposit for two days now and can’t because the machine is always jammed.
Ridiculous. They finally hired 1 person. She obviously hard of hearing. She asked if we were depositing or withdrawing. I explained that we need withdraw and statements. I get she can only do the money part. But never helped us. The newbie turned around counting money. (Let me add, RUDE). Here for 20 minutes. There is only one person that is seasoned employee and working drive thru and trying to do so much more. I say this bank is going down the drain. I wish I could give a negative 10 stars.
