This bank is garbage they have no right telling you what you can do or not do with your money I called corporate and they told this elgin branch had put a stop on my account when they realized the had threw them under the bus they were giving other excuses this branch had no right to do that just because I wanted to close my account

I went to this bank to cash a check when it was TCF and they talked me into opening an account with them. Since I already had an account with my bank I decided to open a custodial account for my son. Every time his godparents or grandparents gave him money I would deposit it for him and every time I had gifts of cash I would deposit it .
