Worst Customer Service at that branch!!!! No courtesy at all ….. now I understand why they have worse google ratings in that area….

Now I understand why this location has such a low rating. I came in on Saturday, April 26th—my only day off—to open an account. I arrived around 11:30 AM, well before their posted closing time of 12 PM. I even called ahead to confirm if I could come in, but no one answered—the call went straight to voicemail. I still drove 15 minutes to get there, only to be told they only take appointments and asked if I’d like to make one. This bank is garbage they have no right telling you what you can do or not do with your money I called corporate and they told this elgin branch had put a stop on my account when they realized the had threw them under the bus they were giving other excuses this branch had no right to do that just because I wanted to close my account
