The manager is helpless i asked if they could help me with my zelle she said they dont have zelle went to a different location and they helped me right away.
Very poor service do not return call and one banker is very rude
Worst Customer Service at that branch!!!! No courtesy at all ….. now I understand why they have worse google ratings in that area….
Now I understand why this location has such a low rating. I came in on Saturday, April 26th—my only day off—to open an account. I arrived around 11:30 AM, well before their posted closing time of 12 PM. I even called ahead to confirm if I could come in, but no one answered—the call went straight to voicemail. I still drove 15 minutes to get there, only to be told they only take appointments and asked if I’d like to make one.
