Extremely poor service. I came to get some cash and to have the rest of my check deposited immediately. I care for my Mom full time and can’t wait. It takes a simple override. Typically I avoid this bank because of the terrible attitudes the girls have. Last time they were rude, but did it. I was told by the lady helping me this time and her “supervisor” that they will not do it at all. So I asked for my check to be cashed instead. They take over 10 minutes to answer the drive thru. And have done this multiple times.
They rarely answer the phone when I call there. Very frustrating. They can’t handle transferring our matured CD into our Huntington acct. nope. We have to call the 800#. What a joke!
QUIT FLAGGING MY GROCERY ORDER AS FRAUD. I SHOP WALMART ONLINE BECAUSE OF THE EASE YET YOU FOOLS FLAG IT EVERY TIME. MY MONEY, MY CHOICE WHERE I SPEND IT. SWITCHING TO THE CREDIT UNION MONDAY MORNING. CAN'T STAND THIEVES TRYING TO STEAL FROM US WHENEVER Y'ALL SEE FIT. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!
