Incredibly rude tellers
Give Maria a raise (branch manager)! She ended her lunch early to notarize a document for me so I didn’t have to come back out in this weather. She was so personable and nice! Great asset to your company!
Not sure who the young lady was who was "helping" my husband get 2 cashier checks today but the condescending attitude she displayed (clearly apparent to me, who was simply listening to the interaction over the phone) was both unprofessional and also exactly what I expect from Paw Paw. Sorry you had to be reminded that brown people exist and sometimes use banks.
