Went into the bank to try to get our first real loan to move into a trailer... The bank lady just smiled told us all we wanted to hear just so we could apply when she KNEW we would get denied. I pulled up my credit score and told her what it was then when she called later that day to tell us we were denied she claimed my score was 50 points less than I was seeing it as when I pulled it up in front of her as well as my score was 10 points under what they approve for loans which means if she cared and respected people that hav... read more
Extreamly nice and friendly. My dad and I had an appointment with Banker LeeMarie to make a bank account for me. LeeMarie ran through all of our options and made sure I felt comfortable with the wholeordeal. Thank you Huntington and your staff!
I am NOT impressed with customer service. Strike 1: We made an appointment because we couldn't access on-line banking. We waited 30 minutes despite having an appointment. The service rep was helpful and spent time. One of our questions was about our direct deposits. She indicated we should have no transition problems. Strike 2: Not true. I have to start the direct deposit process all over again. strike 3:
