I had a very disappointing experience at Huntington Bank recently. Their posted hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so I went in at 4:30 p.m. to open an additional account. Despite arriving well before closing time, the teller told me they “could not help me because they close at 5.” If a bank isn’t willing to provide service during its posted business hours, that’s a serious customer service issue. Why isn’t the Huntington not open on a Saturday, 9-12pm? Closed. Very inconvenient.
When this branch first opened we had an account with the previous bank and all of our funds were pretty much frozen for about 10days. And don’t get me started on the account system that only notifies you between the hours of 1:30am and 4:30am whenever your account has a balance below your preset limit or any withdrawal conflicts etc. I thought I turned off the needed alerts but I ended up getting more 2 days later and had to shut them all off due to lack of sleep.
Locked me out of the ATM on the weekend. I drove all the way over there just to use it to avoid the three dollar fee and then he locked me out now you’re getting a one point star and you know what I see you guys get bad reviews let’s fix this do better do better.
