This Branch and this Bank have numerous inferior issues to other banks only steps away. I highly recommend picking PNC or even WELLS FARGO over hunnington when shopping for a place to take care of your hard earned $$$$
I had a very disappointing experience at Huntington Bank recently. Their posted hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so I went in at 4:30 p.m. to open an additional account. Despite arriving well before closing time, the teller told me they “could not help me because they close at 5.” If a bank isn’t willing to provide service during its posted business hours, that’s a serious customer service issue. Why isn’t the Huntington not open on a Saturday, 9-12pm? Closed. Very inconvenient.
