Locked me out of the ATM on the weekend. I drove all the way over there just to use it to avoid the three dollar fee and then he locked me out now you’re getting a one point star and you know what I see you guys get bad reviews let’s fix this do better do better.
Huntington Bank offered a $400 checking account bonus to all new members of the bank. I followed the instructions by clicking the link on the home page of their website and reading over the offer. I made sure to follow the steps to earn the award for the deposits of a direct deposit of $500+ into the checking within the timeframe set out by the bank. They have always been polite, attentive and fairly fast with their services
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today we had Cody helping us and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time that was necessary to make sure that our account was taken care of properly. I highly recommend.
If negative stars were an option they would get it. My parents sold there house and had the money from that in their account while looking for another house. Finally found a house and the day they tried to close the bank cut a cashiers check with the wrong name on it and when they went back to get it corrected they said they had to hold THIR OWN CASGIERS CHECK for 24 hours. The next day parents went to the lakewood branch to do a wire transfer so they could complete the closing on their new house and the cashier DID NOT FILL... read more
